High-quality and sustainable housing lines the streets of Wirraway.

Wirraway has set a new benchmark in the Hunter Valley, becoming the first residential community in the region to receive the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s esteemed green tick of approval for environmental excellence across the categories of waste, ecosystems, energy, materials, water and community.

The Wirraway masterplan also incorporates rejuvenation of the natural wetlands to provide a haven for native flora and fauna.
